Questions schools ask
How does the free trial work?
Sign up with your name, email and school name, and your school's space is ready immediately. Everything is included for 30 days, with no credit card. Subscribe from your Billing page whenever you're ready; if you subscribe during the trial, your first payment isn't due until the trial ends. If the trial ends first, you can still sign in and export your data.
How do students join?
When you sign up you get a join code for your school. Share it with students (in class, by email, or on your service program page) and they create their own accounts with it.
Who are supervisors, and do they need an account?
Supervisors are the adults who can vouch for a student's service, such as a food bank coordinator or coach. You add them as users in your school, and students choose from that list when they log hours.
Who can see student information and proof photos?
Each school's data is kept separate. A claim and its proof files can only be seen by the student, the supervisor they picked, and your school's coordinators. Files are never publicly accessible.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Coordinators can download every student's approved and pending hours as a CSV at any time, including after a trial ends.
